Quinto Sol Tierra

Sol de Tierra is a suite on the 1st floor of a small house situated in the corner of the property, secluded from activities around the pool but a short walk from the beach.

The bedroom has one queen bed, one single bed a bathroom and is meant for 3 people but we can accommodate a couple with 2 children by adding another bed . There is a well equipped kitchen/living room for your comfort. Front porch has a hammock and dining table. Daily housekeeping service excluding Sunday and purified water are included. We can add a additional single bed for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults for $25US per night. Be sure to check the Availability/Calendar for exact price.                                                                      *****NEW WINTER CANCELATION POLICY******

Please note that we have a different cancellation policy for the dates December 19 to March 15. 50% is due at time of booking and the balance is due 180 days before arrival. 80% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 180 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled 179 days or less before arrival unless we rent out the room again in which you will be refunded for the amount of time and money it was rented.
